Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, including the shoe box for footwear, and secure it inside a shipping mailer.

Label and Ship

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
